Order Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Amber's Media Pte Ltd. Before placing your order with us, please kindly ensure that you have the following items in check:

For CD-ROM Replication

- 1 copy of your master disc (Preferably in a CD-R format). (Data length should be < 650MB). Or if you have an FTP site, please provide us with the login details to download the data from the secure site.

For CD-ROM/CD-R Printing

- 1 softcopy of your CD face design. You may also choose to email us your CD face design if the file size is <1.5MB. Alternatively, if you have an FTP site, please provide us with the login details for us to download the design file. (We accept file format in .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .sit, .tiff, please note that file format in JPeg will not be accepted. For other types of format, please email us to make an enquiry.) The design file should have a minimum resolution of 300~600 dpi. The CD face outer diameter should be <11.8cm and the inner diameter >2cm.

For CD/DVD Inlay

- 1 softcopy of your inlay design. You may also choose to email us your inlay design if the filesize is <1.5MB. Alternatively, if you have an FTP site, please provide us with the login details for us to download the design file. (We accept file format in .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .sit, .tiff, please note that file format in JPeg will not be accepted. For other types of format, please email us to make an enquiry.) The design file should have a minimum resolution of 300~600 dpi. The standard inlay design should be 12.5 x12.5cm. Please state in your enquiry the number of colours printing on the front and back page of the inlay, as well as the number of pages.

For Digicards

- 1 copy of your master disc. (Data length should be <50MB). For the digicard face design, please refer to the guidelines above.
